The Problem
Traditional ToDo lists work great... until you have more than one person working on them.
With normal ToDo lists, there is no way to indicate whether an item is in progress.
You can't check it off until the item is done. What if an item takes a long time to complete?
What if it seems like a small task and two people try to tackle it at once?
You'll start stepping on toes unless you spend a lot of time coordinating who's going to work on what exactly.
Even then we often found that small, nagging bugs will still end up getting a "quick-fix" from more than one person.

ToDo Teams allows you to store and track extra information about an item or jot down implementation details before checking an item off.
This provides other members on your team with a solid understanding of the work you've done.
